3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- Tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
5. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
DIRT DRIFT™ is not responsible for:
- Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
- Delays caused by incomplete contact details
- Orders delivered to wrongly entered addresses
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and videos of the package and product must be emailed to:

Replacement requests are subject to verification.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, DIRT DRIFT™ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation strikes
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen logistical issues
