At DIRT DRIFT™, we strive to deliver products in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
- We do not offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.
- Replacements are only applicable for products that are damaged, leaked, or incorrectly delivered.
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos and videos of the damaged product and package must be shared to dirtdrift.india@gmail.com for verification.
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
- Replacement requests are subject to verification by the DIRT DRIFT™ support team.
- Approved replacement products will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
